Sustainability, alternative drives and state-of-the-art technologies – these are the themes that resonate stronger and stronger in current logistics and road transport. The fact that MEIXNER & HANUŠ is not lagging behind and wants to have an overview of the latest that the market offers is also proven by our recent participation in the prestigious Scania Roadshow 135 years event.
Our colleagues Monika and Dan went to represent the company at the celebrations of this important manufacturer. The entire event was carried out in the spirit of innovation, and our representatives had a unique opportunity to exchange their office chair for a driver's seat directly on the test polygon.
The main point of the program was testing the latest generation of vehicles with alternative drives. Our colleagues could try these vehicles firsthand. They focused on testing electric trucks, their dynamics, controllability and operation efficiency – parameters that will be key for future green logistics.
It was a great experience, but mainly a fascinating look at how huge of a leap forward technology in freight transport has made. Electromobility in road transport has long ceased to be just a dream of a distant future. At MEIXNER & HANUŠ, we want to bring effective solutions to our customers, which is why we must follow and test these innovations among the first.
Participation in similar events helps us keep pace with global trends and prepare for what comes next in transport and logistics.
